Shipping

We ship nationally in Portugal and to the European Union.

For further countries please send an email to mvgjewelry@gmail.com so we can help you.

All shipping is registered so you can track your package. We use CTT - Correios de Portugal.

Delivery usually takes 3-4 working days.
PORTUGAL (Continental and Islands): 5€

EUROPEAN UNION: 10€

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties for which we are not responsible.

Exchanges

Its possible to exchange within 14 days of delivery. The jewellery has to be in the original condition in which you received it, with original packaging and receipt.  

Returns

We do not accept returns.
